RCB Full Squad, WPL 2026: Complete List Of Players Bought By Royal Challengers Bengaluru

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) have completed their squad for WPL 2026, making shrewd purchases during the mega auction to complement their already impressive core. After lifting the WPL 2024 title, the RCB franchise has gone for a mix of experience, youth, and overseas talent in a bid to maintain their championship challenge in WPL 2026. The squad retains key stars, including Smriti Mandhana, Ellyse Perry, Richa Ghosh, and Shreyanka Patil, while adding some exciting new players in the auction.

The RCB franchise retained their iconic players

Smriti Mandhana (captain), Ellyse Perry, and Richa Ghosh forming the backbone of the squad. Mandhana, one of the most consistent batters in women’s cricket, is expected to lead the charge at the top of the order. The inclusion of Ellyse Perry, the Australian all-rounder, strengthens RCB’s middle order and bowling attack, while Richa Ghosh, a wicketkeeper-batter known for her big hitting, continues to provide explosive power. The retention of Shreyanka Patil, an attacking spinner, further solidifies the team’s spin department.

However, RCB was active in the auction, making calculated moves within a limited budget. Their biggest purchase was Lauren Bell, an English pacer who was bought for Rs 90 lakh. Bell’s pace and accuracy will add strength to RCB’s bowling attack, making her a key addition to the squad.

Grace Harris, an Australian all-rounder, was purchased for Rs 75 lakh and brings tremendous value to the side with her ability to both bowl and bat aggressively. Along with Nadine de Klerk (Rs 65 lakh), another versatile all-rounder, RCB’s middle order looks strong, providing balance to the team. Georgia Voll (Rs 60 lakh), an explosive top-order batter, will complement Mandhana in the opening role, ensuring a solid foundation for RCB’s innings.

RCB also added some talented Indian players to their ranks. Pooja Vastrakar (Rs 85 lakh) and Arundhati Reddy (Rs 75 lakh) provide a solid all-round option in the middle order, contributing both with the ball and bat. Meanwhile, the purchase of Radha Yadav further strengthens RCB’s spin attack, with Yadav being a key player in India’s World Cup-winning squad in 2025.

Additionally, the squad includes players like Dayalan Hemalatha, Prema Rawat, Gautami Nayak, and Prathyoosha Kumar, who will provide depth and flexibility.

RCB’s playing XI for the upcoming season looks formidable with a mix of explosive batters and a versatile bowling unit. Here’s a possible RCB playing XI:

– Ellyse Perry
